To whom it may concern :
Would like to commemorate on the customer service done by Mr Azry Seth. He was very patient and attentive to my requests and helpful when I enquiry on whether there is pollen in the flowers that I was ordering and requested to be on the safe side, for another flowers. He went The extra mile to check on the info of the flowers and assured me there is no pollen but still gave me the choice to choose which accompanied flowers I wanted. I was also touched that he helped me on the timing when I requested to deliver by 1600 today. This is the first time I am ordering flowers from here and I’m sure there is more to come.

Dear Sir/ Madam In-charge
Today I ordered flowers/ balloons from the internet. Unfortunately the email did not quite work. I was not able to proceed after page 1.
I called the number listed and Ms Ming Li responded to my call.
She had such a friendly voice and wonderful customer service skills. We spoke a couple of times over the phone as I needed some changes in the order.
Ms Ming Li was indeed very helpful.
Please thank her on my behalf. (Well done and keep up the good work)

I am writing this email to express my appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Mr. Mohd Azry this morning (1 May 15 (Fri)).
I received a last minute request from my overseas relatives to place order for a condolence wreath to be delivered to the funeral location. I was facing some errors and difficulties with placing the order online and called your company's hotline. I was attended by Mr. Mohd Azry, working as customer relations officer in your company. For my convenience, Mr. Azry suggested that I screen-shot my order details and sent to the company email. Upon receipt of my email, Mr. Azry phoned me to acknowledge receipt. He also advised me that I should write my recipient, condolence message and sender in one language instead of mixing in English and Chinese. Upon my request, Mr. Azry sought his colleague's help to translate the English message to Chinese speedily. He called me to check whether the Chinese message template was good to go and quickly amended the message based on my request. The order was placed around 1130hrs and the wreath was delivered to the funeral location in two hours time.
I really commend the prompt and excellent service provided by Mr. Azry. I am really pleased with the responsiveness of your staff and quality of the product. You have really gained a new customer who will introduce all her friends to Xpressflower.com!

I am very surprised with the contents of this email, in particular to Berlinda as a PWD.
It did not come across over the phone she is a PWD because she is very professional and have assisted me with great customer service and care. She was patient over the phone and was apologetic when her background was noisy. I even called the second time to make changes to the recipient's address and she was equally helpful as well.
Honestly speaking, her professionalism put many other retail or customer service associates with no disability to shame. She did a fabulous job.
Please let her know that she could make a difference to someone else. In my case, i am definitely a satisfied and returning customer.

I want to compliment one of your delivery staff by the name of Bryan whom put in his utmost effort getting my delivery done on Valentines Day, 14/02/2013, Thursday. He tried his best to assist me even though there were some difficulties in getting the recipient to receive the order.
Although the first delivery was unsuccessful, he made many efforts to liaise with me even though he was unable to get the head office to return my call. This is my 2nd time making an order via xpressflower and I must admit both services rendered were golden.

I was served by Azry somewhere in mid April. I really need to thank him for his patience and customer service skills. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my fiancé on 29th April to Gurame Restaurant. My fiancé was extremely delighted to reeve those beautiful flowers of her favorite colours.
