Florist Ambassador (Retail), Full-time positions

The florist ambassador will provide excellent customer service, sales advisory, and flower arrangement services to help customers at the retail outlets. If you are from the service or retail industry, are customer oriented and willing to pick up new skills (floral arrangement), you're welcome to apply!  Florist training will be provided

 

Full-time: 

  • Full time vacancies available. Located islandwide. 
  • Retail hours. 6-12 hour shifts between 9.30am - 10.00pm, weekday and weekends. 5-6 day workweek. 

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers and provide excellent advisory on flowers selection, pricing and customisation
  • Learn flower skills to create arrangements for on the spot purchase 
  • Ensure item and fridge displays are neat and attractive
  • Opening, closing and cashing up of store
  • Keep shop clean, tidy, safe and inviting

Requirements

  • Singaporean / PR / Dependent pass 
  • Positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
  • Hardworking and responsible, willing to pick up new skills
  • Good English speaking proficiency will be an advantage
  • Basic computer skills

CUSTOMER SERVICE Team Leader 


Job Brief

As a Customer Service Team Leader, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service experience. The Team leader must effectively communicate information and render quality service to customers in various channels such as telephone, live chat and email.

 

The CS Team Leader must be able to communicate with internal customers such as couriers, production staff and store personnel.

 

Responsibilities

·         Answering inbound as well initiating outbound calls with customers

·         Respond to inquiry and order requests via email and live chat

·         Provide assistance, information, advice and recommendations to customers

·         Route & process orders internally

·         Updating customer database by engaging them as members

·         Acknowledge and escalate customer feedback

·         Print orders, message card

·         Book and assign courier for deliveries

·         Daily management of the customer service team (Manila).

·         Recognize errors and review to avoid recurrence

·         Develop strategies to improve the operations and process and escalate suggestions to the Manager

·          Provides statistical and performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each team member.

·         Provide appropriate coaching, direction and resolution

·         Assists Customer Service Manager

Requirements

·         Minimum Diploma

·         At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, preferably entry level specialized in customer service

·         Good command in English both verbal & written

·         Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and multitask

·         Knowledge in basic Microsoft office application

·         Willing to work on public holidays and on weekends
