Hi,

I would like to make special attention to your two florist at IMM branch. They are Wendy & Poey.

Both of them have assisted me in getting 2 bouquets done up and when the tulips that i ask for is too small, they called me up and told me and recommended me to take the roses instead and it turn out to be a perfect recommendation. It really a great help with their expertise.

On top of that, both know that i am anxious about the delievery, they make it a point to called me up and let me know my flowers have been delievered and who have received the flowers on behalf of the recipients.

This is really going the extra miles. Excellent Services provided. and i truly appreciate their effort. Thanks Wendy & Poey.

I would like to take this opportunity to thanks Xpressflower for providing this 24 hours delivery service. Specially for having this service even during Sunday/Public Holiday. Lately I was searching for delivery (for condolence) on Sunday. Due to the funeral ends on Monday, I have no choice but to search for delivery to be on Sunday. I spent more than an hour to search for shops who provide delivery service on Sunday. Sad to say that there isn't any even those popular flora shop that I know do not have delivery service on Sunday. Till I found Xpressflower thru yellow pages. I was so happy that my problem & worries were solve.
